They expertise helped me make an informed decision, which allowed me to purchase the car of my desire. If you're looking for a low-pressure, high-value car-buying experience, ask them. Five stars from me with no question about it. Everyone I interacted with, from the front desk to the sales team to the finance department, was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. On April 24th, my sister purchased a retired loaner BMW (sold as new) from BMW of Corpus Christi. I helped her with the process as it was her first time buying a car, and unfortunately, the entire experien (sold as new) from BMW of Corpus Christi. I helped her with the process as it was her first time buying a car, and unfortunately, the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. Our sales advisor, Matthew Coleman, was attentive during the negotiation phase, but once the paperwork was signed, he completely changed. We noticed scratches on the front bumper and side panel, along with a paint chip on the trunk the very next day. We sent Matthew clear photos and videos, and he replied that he would speak to his manager. That was the last time we received any helpful communication. Since then, I’ve followed up with Matthew multiple times. He either ignored our messages or responded with the same excuse — “my manager is busy.” When I finally called the dealership and asked to speak with a manager directly, Matthew answered again and claimed someone would reach out. That never happened. I also submitted a detailed message through the dealership’s website, received an automated email from a manager named Dylan but still, no response. It’s now May 26th, and we’ve been completely ignored. What’s worse, the dealership charged for an “interior and exterior protection” add-on as part of their accessories package, but based on the visible damage present immediately after purchase, it appears that this protection was never actually applied. Either we were charged for something the car didn’t have, or the dealership knowingly misrepresented the product. This kind of behavior is unacceptable especially for a luxury brand like BMW. Matthew has shown he can take an order, but clearly lacks the ability (or willingness) to help resolve legitimate post sale concerns. The dealership as a whole has shown zero accountability. I’m sharing this review in hopes that upper management finally sees it and reaches out, but more importantly, to warn other potential buyers: Double check everything before signing, and don’t assume this dealership will support you once the sale is done.
