I was looking to buy a new BMW ix50 that they had in stock with pictures showing it available online. When I contacted the salesman and told him I wanted it, he said the car was available. I told him I had $25,000 cash, a paid off 2021 BMW X3 Mi40 with title in hand as trade, and I was pre-approved for the loan through my credit union. They did not want my business! They said because I was out of state, my money was no good there! I could not believe it! It was everything I wanted in a vehicle including the color and all the options. But because I'm not in Texas, I cannot get it. The salesman was very unprofessional and did not respond to my next two texts. Nor did he answer my phone call. I wanted him to know that it was a legit purchase. I have those texts saved from him as backup. Anyway, choose another BMW dealership in the great state of Texas over this one. I bet you'll get a better response. There are many other good dealerships that are happy to take your money. More
