I've been to some racist organizations in Corpus Christi, Texas, and this BMW dealership is no exception. The treatment I've received has been nothing short of herendous. In all of my years of getting loaner cars I've never been asked for a credit or debit card for a loaner, and the way you're looked at, is nothing short of disdain for you. I was born and raised in a racist State, so I know what it looks like. I am a well educated , African American, and if you think we're all stupid, think again. I no longer trust this organization so I am going to pay an expert to go over everything that should be done to my vehicle, to ensure the work was actually done. Your money, or your skin color does not make the person, it's the persons character. Treat me as a human being, not someone that's not worthy to walk on the same ground you walk on. More

Was financed through my bank for my dream car, had the dealership the $28,000 check within 24hrs. It was one of their used vehicles, not a BMW. Less than 24hrs later, my AC quit working and the temp gauge on the dash was no longer working. I called and left a message since it was on Sunday, I received NO call back. My AC started working early the next morning so I wasn't too pressed on the issue. A week later the same thing happened. I had my mechanic check on the car and there was several issues that needed to be addressed. I called them and immediately took my vehicle in for service since it had been less than 10 days of buying the vehicle. I've tried calling for updates on my car and get nowhere, its like they screen the call and refuse to answer. I've been trying to get an update on my vehicle for the past hour but they keep cycling through the hold music and having me press 2 for service. This is by far the worst experience I could have imagined for purchasing my first vehicle. I will be warning EVERYONE I know about this dealership. More

As per the usual, Principle Auto BMW of Corpus Christi remains outstanding in their area of customer service. Not just in sales but more importantly in Service. Cristian Cardiel was truly an excellent ser remains outstanding in their area of customer service. Not just in sales but more importantly in Service. Not only did he continually keep me updated on the status of my vehicle but he explained everything in detail, clear and concise. Nice pretty new building and I'm sure they are knowledgable, but once your car is not under warranty look out! They are really expensive and they will lie to you and tell that expensive stuff is knowledgable, but once your car is not under warranty look out! Luckily I have a garage floor that tells me the $742 oil leak that they claim is a problem, really isn't a problem! Watch out! More
