I took my car in for an oil change. I received a text about a hour later that my car was ready. The Service member approached me and stated my car was good to go. I then found them on the floor of the passenger side. As I was about to drive off, I checked my oil level from the menu and my car was “Below Minimum” on my oil. My car also gave me a warning that my oil was low and needed oil. I turned my car around and told the Service Advisor my oil was low, she then apologized. Another Service Advisor Richard Marrero came out to apologize and stated that the Technician is “Not used to working on older M Series!” Really? That was his excuse? That could have damaged my M3. I am extremely disappointed in the Service. More
