We cannot argue with the fact that over the last several months we have been struggling to keep the car wash in operation. We have made a multitude of repairs over the last couple of months and we are optimistic that it is back in working order. Thank you again for the 4 stars.

Charles, Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that your expectations were not met during this particular visit. We can certainly understand the sticker shock of a $3600 estimate, and we should have done a better job explaining the why. Unfortunately, the seat mat sensor for your airbag system is not available in any other form other than a full seat bottom with sensor, foam cushion, and leather. Add that to removing and disassembling the seat and reprogramming the new sensor to the car the bill adds up pretty quick. I double checked all of the information with our shop foreman and parts department to verify the accuracy of the estimate, and it all checked out. Alex is pretty new to the car business, but her responsibility is to explain the why on every repair so that there is value built and not just a price given. I don't know if this would have made any difference since your expectations on the cost based on your internet search was substantially lower than our cost on the main seat component, but it would have at least allowed for you to have the facts as to why that is. Hopefully, we can earn you business back at some point in the future. We hate losing a guest that has been coming to our dealership for the past several years.
