We truly value your feedback and regret that your visit did not reflect the level of service we strive to provide at Principle BMW of San Antonio. We’re glad to hear that Donovan was able to clearly communicate the service recommendations and work with you on your initial concerns. Regarding the A/C issue, our technicians originally identified a leak in the low temperature radiator, which we informed you was the likely cause of the A/C blowing warm. While we respect your decision to have the radiator sealed elsewhere instead of replaced, when the vehicle was returned to us for a courtesy follow-up, our team confirmed that the leak was still present — which could continue to affect your A/C system's performance. We also sincerely apologize for the missed car wash and the oversight in not resetting the service indicators for your oil change and brake fluid flush. That’s not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we’re taking steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again. If you have any additional concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.
