I had a 2:00pm appointment that didn’t start until 2:26pm I was told one and a half hours for it and I wasn’t out until 5:05pm for an oil change and brake fluid, unacceptable. I texted and no answer, then walked outside to wait more. Almed was pleasant but service means more than being nice, be accurate in your time estimates. Then my washed car wasn’t washed at all outside, still had dirt all over it. I have never had such service at BMW before. 😥 More
