Thieves who didn't do the work they promised, returned my car worse than when it was dropped off, held the car hostage and ultimately stole money. Very Disappointed in BMW of San Antonio. I went in and got my service and my car was not washed. Then when checking out. I was just handed my keys and told your car is over there. Lastly there was a car got my service and my car was not washed. Then when checking out. I was just handed my keys and told your car is over there. Lastly there was a car in the driveway preventing me from leaving. So at that point I waited. Once it was cleared I was going to pull out and then I see it reversing to go park it a few cars from mine. I was very unhappy when I left. More

I don’t live in San Antonio but when I go to get my car serviced everything goes perfectly as planned. They take less than 4 hours, they lend me a loaner vehicle, and clean my car before it’s returned to m serviced everything goes perfectly as planned. Alamd Rosario and Ryan Watson have been so helpful I would definitely recommend them when you need to get your car serviced. More
