The Service dept was good with setting up my maintenance appointment. When I checked in the advisor was polite and courteous, then things got a little shaky. They did not have system updated. They Gave me a appointment. When I checked in the advisor was polite and courteous, then things got a little shaky. They did not have system updated. They Gave me a quote right away of cost for oil change/air filter. I reminded advisor I had a plan covering that and he stated I could go in to speak to sales as he didn’t see my prepaid maintenance. I had go inside while they researched. They found the prepaid plan and barely apologized for the inconvenience. I jumped into loaner and went to work at hospital. When I picked up my car, advisor no where around after I text. Another person guided me to my car unwashed and couldn’t explain work done. We reviewed receipt and it was as if I was tutoring employee. This dept needs tighter specs overall. Nice facilities though. More
