Set my service for 3pm via the BMW website to take advantage of the advertised cost of $99.95. selected that I would be needing a vehicle while the service would take place. Website failed to make that arrangement on paperwork. When arriving to the service department at 3pm waited until 3:30 till a service provider was available. Pablo was awesome with getting the vehicle into service for the required oil change. The issues arose when the system failed to show him the advertised price I had selected and expected. Once the price was corrected to $99.95 the website also advertised a $30.00 discount for oil change, but was not honored because allegedly the system would not allow 2 discounts. No where on the website does it state the full price of oil change or that the 99.95 was a discounted price already " only says value" More
I absolutely would NOT choose another BMW dealership if I didn't have to! The customer service that I receive at the San Antonio, TX dealership is awesome! I traded my 2 for a 4 series, my sale guy was very courteous. I knew what I wanted before arriving. He didn’t try to put me in a more expensive car. He helped me get out of the 2 and into a 4. It just works for me. I loved having a scheduled service performed on my car and not stopping at the cashier. And that’s one of my main reasons for leasing.
