The customer service here is excellent. I made an appt because my AC went out but I forgot to request a loaner car. Luis told me that won't be a problem he can get me one. I was very happy. Came in for warranty work. Juan had the vehicle checked out and noticed there were some recalls for the vehicle as well. I waited 45 min the service drive for a service advisor to attend to me. I had to get off of my X5 and ask what was the reason for the delay. I was not expecting to have to wait so long. 4 other customers to attend to me. I had to get off of my X5 and ask what was the reason for the delay. I was not expecting to have to wait so long. 4 other customers arrived and where promptly attended to. The explanation given to me by the service manager was “they probably had appointments.” Once I arrived at 15:55hrs no one every followed up with me or communicated what was going on. Until 16:30hrs that I finally got off my SAV upset. Alamd Rosario my service advisor did an excellent job at service recovery. I was dissatisfied with the explanations given to me by the service manager I spoke with, Albert Saenz. More
