Mr. Saenz, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. While Albert is correct that guests with appointments do get handled prior to a walk in, waiting 45 minutes is completely unacceptable and we sincerely apologize. I am happy to hear that Alamd did allow for us to recover on this visit, and we agree he does an amazing job. The fact that we let you down at all is disappointing. We will definitely use this as a coaching opportunity to help improve our processes. We look forward to the opportunity to serve you again for any future service needs.
