Average. Not great. Set an appointment with all my needs (rental car) but upon arrival, started from scratch. Took >30 minutes from start to finish which could have been shorter had the advisor been prepare (rental car) but upon arrival, started from scratch. Took >30 minutes from start to finish which could have been shorter had the advisor been prepared. Drop off took just as long. No covers used in car by staff despite current pandemic, thus, had to wipe my car down. other dealerships use plastic seat and steering wheel covers. More
