Principle BMW of San Antonio - Service Center

BMW San Antonio brags that they are the 'largest' and have the 'most traffic' of any BMW dealership in the country, but that, a lot like their customer service skills is patently false. Bottom line, it' have the 'most traffic' of any BMW dealership in the country, but that, a lot like their customer service skills is patently false. Bottom line, it's a lie. My issue is with their service department and in how they sequence and treat their customers. In having an emergency situation with my new vehicle, I first had to wait in a line of cars for over 45 minutes while attempting to get into the service bay. Then, I dealt with a service team who clearly has gotten too used to being the only BMW dealership in town. In a larger city like Dallas or Houston, this dealer would close if they treated their customers like this. They had attitude. They provided no solutions to very simple issues. They were unprofessional. What's worse is that they allowed me to drive away from the dealership knowing I was in a potentially unsafe vehicle. I scheduled with another dealership on my way back to North Texas. They were shocked at how the SA dealer treated me and openly said it wasn't the first time they heard of poor treatment at that location. More
