She very politely advised that my 2018 640Xi Convertible I was proactively contacted by my long-standing excellent service advisor, Ms. Maggie King. She very politely advised that my 2018 640Xi Convertible required service. She then made all of the arrangements for a driver to come to my home to pick up and return my vehicle after servicing. This was so very important to me in this time of ever expanding Covid 19 coronavirus infection/contamination as I am in an extremely vulnerable position, health-wise. This was truly a "touch of class" befitting the BMW brand and brought to fruition by Ms. King.
