Principle BMW of San Antonio - Service Center

I have had a terrible time having my vehicle serviced because this particicular dealership is unwilling to provide a loaner car and I must have a vehicle for work. I love BMW's but will not buy one agai because this particicular dealership is unwilling to provide a loaner car and I must have a vehicle for work. I love BMW's but will not buy one again because I live in a one BMW dealership town. We dreadd anything going wrong with our vehicle because it entails a nightmare trip for service even though it is under warranty. More

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. Ed is very competent! Loaner was a 2003 5-series. ALL concerns were dealt with and fixed. I drive approx. 250 miles round trip just to make the appt. I bought my 330Cic from this dealer and had a great experience. I've had all of my work done through Daniel (except the last 2 times since he was moved to the Mini side) and Suzanne. All of the the work was done wonderfully and have never had any complaints. They even helped me with a problem that was intermittent and never seemed to show up when I took it in. I have never had to wait more than a week to get my car in for service. BMW Center of San Antonio is a great dealer with great service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a Bimmer or just needing service. More
