Mr. Libra Jones, is the first Service Advisor, who had the professional courtesy and care to return my phone call. I tried at least a dozen time reaching all other service advisors at Principle Toyota and the professional courtesy and care to return my phone call. I tried at least a dozen time reaching all other service advisors at Principle Toyota and result was either no response upon ringing or no return calls. There are items one can do on line but there are certain other items you really need to talk to an advisor. Hope the management understand this aspect and advise others accordingly. Libra, you are a truly dedicated personnel. I wish I can see the same passion with others around you. Number of customer may matter but how many repeated customers matters a lot. You can definitely make a huge difference there. Keep up the good work Libra. More

Requested a Buyers Inspection. Received part of a different inspection. Multipoint inspection was not received. Told the car was dead and they couldn’t jump it. They treat us like family. We have now purchased 4 vehicles from Performance/ Principle Toyota and each time have a had a great experience. We have also used them for 100% of the service on 3 of the vehicles from Performance/ Principle Toyota and each time have a had a great experience. Servicing done for my car I took my car to the service department at Principle Toyota since it had a servicing issue. They checked it and kept it for almost 3 days and when it I took my car to the service department at Principle Toyota since it had a servicing issue. They checked it and kept it for almost 3 days and when it came back it was still making the same noise so I had to take it back right next day and got in touch with the same person who said they had missed checking one of the parts but now that its checked, it should run fine. Brought it home and it did the same thing. I was very frustrated and so I took it back to them early morning and met with the gentlemen Tracy who said he would personally take care of it and that I wouldn't have to worry about paying for the services this time due to me paying for it both the times before. He gave me a rental car to use while they kept my vehicle and it took almost a week long before they gave it back but when it came back, it was like nothing was ever wrong with it! I would like to give a huge THANK YOU to Mr. Tracy Tate for being a HUGE help in helping us figure out what was wrong with our car and getting it fixed the right way, finally! Thank you for going above and beyond and for being a very nice, caring and understanding service agent and a great person inside and out! I would definitely recommend Mr.Tate since you will not regret your experience with him and will go hassle free with your car problem resolved entirely!
