Brought in my 2004 Tundra for normal service, oil change and tire rotation. As usual they recommended a few more service items which I probably needed (being a 19 year old truck). Never coming to this dealership again. Lesson is learned. Worst customer service ever. Have been harassed by Rodger Parker twice. Today after the Oil exchange service, I had some questions of my bills. He was being rude because of asking such questions. Then, I have said nicely that its ok here is my card just take it. And, he got really angry and told me not to talk to him that way. I was totally shocked. I asked him why is he getting angry? And, why is they being so rude? I am really sorry that he would overreact that way for no reason. He was also lying to the other employees that I have slammed the card on his face. This very ridiculous of him. There is a video recording and everything can be seen from the video. He will only be found lying pathetically. I am very heart broken right now because of this and wish I have never been to this dealership. He was also being very rude I came here last time. He told me that my oil change will be done in an hour. I have waited 1 hour and then came back to him, he said this time that it will take another 30 mins. Then, I came back to him after 30 mins, he said another 20 mins. I came back after 30 mins and my car wasn't ready. My wife needed help and she was calling me. When I came back for the 3rd time and my car wasn't ready, all I said to Rodger that "It took the longest time ever". And, he got very pissed of and said that he already told me its gonna take long. Why didn't I come earlier? And, he was calling other employees and telling them that I was very impatient and came to him 5 times for my car, while I have only came 3 times. And, I was talking to him Nicely said that this time I have waited the longest. I don't understand what's the point of getting angry regarding this? This is very unfortunate and ill mannered behavior to see from someone. I think this guy have some anger issues and need treatment for that. I moved to Memphis in 2018 and have been coming to this dealership in almost every six months. A lot of people have helped me before, specifically I remember a guy name Forrester. He was being nice and many other employees were being nice too. But, I had to deal with Mr. Rodger Parker twice and both times I had very bad experiences with him. I feel sorry for this person and hope he gets help curing his anger issues. I have never experienced behavior like this from anyone before. This is very pathetic. I will avoid coming to this dealership from now on. More
