Service beyond the call Today my husband and I came to Principle Toyota for a service call for our 2017 Highlander and were greeted by David in the service dept. He took care of us in a timely manner even though we were an hour early. Shay the service manager brought us our receipt and we thanked her for getting us in early. While we were waiting in the showroom, we were talking about walking down the street to the Sam’s Club and a young sales rep named Cassidy Nealy overheard us and said, “I’ll take you! “ Since we are 67 we said great and thank you. She gave us her card and said call me back when you are ready. We called her back and she was able to come right away. She was so kind to do this and we wanted everyone to know about her. We live in Oxford,MS and this is the second car we have purchased from Principle Toyota and it will not be the last. Their team is very professional and always smiling.
