Mr. Libra Jones, is the first Service Advisor, who had the professional courtesy and care to return my phone call. I tried at least a dozen time reaching all other service advisors at Principle Toyota and the professional courtesy and care to return my phone call. I tried at least a dozen time reaching all other service advisors at Principle Toyota and result was either no response upon ringing or no return calls. There are items one can do on line but there are certain other items you really need to talk to an advisor. Hope the management understand this aspect and advise others accordingly. Libra, you are a truly dedicated personnel. I wish I can see the same passion with others around you. Number of customer may matter but how many repeated customers matters a lot.
