Excellent! I love my Rav 4 It was time for service but I didn't have an appt. Greg met me at my car, He gave me estimate of wait and told me they would get me in as quickly as It was time for service but I didn't have an appt. Greg gave me excellent service, courtesy, and got me in and out. Shandra got my paperwork done and got me on my way. They were both TERRIFIC!! Very Pleasant I took my truck in for an oil change, and when I walked into the waiting room, I began to worry about the wait. It was packed. Though more came in over time, the flow was steady in people leaving, too. The staff was so friendly, even passing out snacks at one point. This is my third time going into the service department, and I have never been to a dealership where they pretty much get you out in a timely manner. Great folks. More

Bob not only is very friendly, he lets me know the cost and time estimate of my cars issues. His diagnosis of the cars symptoms is on point. I never wait longer than the estimated time and usually much less. Bob takes care of all recall issues automatically and helps me understand maintenance options, plan future maintenance and costs. Bob's customer focus is the reason I bring my car to principle and no other car care facility. More

The best dealership experience I've ever had. My wife and I were camping in Tennessee when we realized we were nearing the 5,000 miles mark on our 2015 Prius. I called Principle Toyota and explained we were from out of state but asked if we could bring our car in for the maintenance check. We got an appointment for the next day. When we got to the dealership we were met by Stan Rush from the service department. To say he was pleasant and helpful would be the understatement of the year. He was amazing! It was the best experience with a dealership representative my wife and I have ever had. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, patient with our questions and respectful. He has made us even bigger fans of Toyota than we already were. Even though we live out of state, we will be thinking Principle Toyota in Tennessee when it comes time for our next vehicle purchase. That's due to the wonderful treatment we received from all at Priority, but in particular, Stan Rush. More
