Greg checked on a complaint of kncking when turning, it turned out to be the steering shaft needed to be replaced. The part had to be ordered and it took our calling back to check to find out the part had been in for 1 1/2 weeks, but no one called. Greg got me scheduled quickly to be replaced. In taking the shuttle to work while my car was being repaired, I felt uneasy in the vehicle. I don't care if your driver wants to go 80mph on the interstate, but don't do it with me in the vehicle with little room to the car in front. I was very happy to step out of the vehicle and leave the experience behind me. The service was completed before I had asked and got a phone call from Greg to let em know. When i came to pick up the car, it was in back. The cashiers called someone to bring it to the front, I waited 15 minutes before going back in to see my keys still sitting on the counter. The cashiers apologized, but by then it really didn't make much of a difference. Service department should be on top of service; it wasn't this time. More

I was given multiple options for how to deal with my repair, and I didn't feel like I was being pushed to something I didn't need or want. They did what I wanted them to do. Also, Shelton noticed my tire pressure was low and took care of it without even asking me. I'm happy and I'll be back when I need service again. More

Too long for oil change I had an appointment at 11:30. I arrived at 11:15. Was told by the service adviser that it would be 1 hour to an hour and 15 minutes. The service w I had an appointment at 11:30. I arrived at 11:15. Was told by the service adviser that it would be 1 hour to an hour and 15 minutes. The service wasn't complete until 12:58. One hour and 30 minutes for a 30 minute job. Principle Toyota accepts "walk-ins" for service which creates longer wait times for customers that have appointments. Accepting walks-ins is understandable; however, causing a longer wait time for a customer that made an appointment is "just not right". At one time, I attempted a "walk-in" for service and was advised it would be 2-3 hours which is understandable for a customer that didn't have a previous appointment. Seems as tho Principle Toyota needs to pay more attention to customers who took the time to make an appointment for service. More

Service on 2008 Camry The service representative was very friendly. It was my first time to meet him, my other rep retired. I related to him what issues I was having with my car. I was picked up by a friend and Seth called me shortly after I left to tell me what service my car needed. I was unable to get my car that afternoon, due to a defective part, but the service rep offered me a rental car. I declined, because really didn't need one. I was then offered a ride to Collierville where I live. I got my car the next day, when the new part arrived. More
Maintenance Check AND Low Tire Pressure Light The Service Administrator was friendly and accommodating. I dropped my car off for the maintenance check and showed him the tire pressure light that The Service Administrator was friendly and accommodating. I dropped my car off for the maintenance check and showed him the tire pressure light that was on. The light was off when I picked my car up. When I got in the car the next morning the light was on again. They discovered that a nail was in my tire. I believe it was probably in there when I dropped my car off the day before. While I have no ill intent toward the Service Administrator, it was very frustrating that after spending nearly $500 for service and leaving my car at the service center for an entire day, to have to return to the service center to see why the light was on again. I am a widow and, to a certain degree, I depend on Toyota to properly service the car that I purchased from there. My expectation is that a THOROUGH inspection and care will be provided during each visit. This is the second maintenance visit during which I've had an issue with this service center. During my previous maintenance check, I was never advised that my car was ready. Among other things, the service administrator who assisted me that day told me how busy things were. Again I ask, is this center too busy to accommodate walk-in customers? Just let me know. I have been a loyal Toyota customer since the Covington Pike Toyota days (1988). Since that time, we have purchased six new toyota vehicles and one certified one. Why did the center change it's name to Principle Toyota? That name encompasses a lot! More
