Excellent Customer Service I received excellent customer service when I brought in my vehicle for repair. Most recently, I had to have the blower motor replaced. In the past, I've had more extensive work done at Principle Toyota, such as having the clutch replaced. The service department is top-notch. They seem to go above and beyond what is expected. I would gladly bring in my vehicle again for servicing. More

Miscommunication I have a warranty on my car for free oil changes until I reach 100,000 miles. I went in for service and the service guy told me I could have my tires I have a warranty on my car for free oil changes until I reach 100,000 miles. I went in for service and the service guy told me I could have my tires rotated for free as well under my warranty. Of course once I went to check out they made me pay for the tire rotation that I was told was free. I did not plan on spending any money at this visit but because of a misunderstanding from a service worker I ended up spending money I hadn't plan on spending. More
Service manager was great, service slower than average Brought the 2007 Rav4 in for it's 75k service interval. Bob Frederick was my service manager, and he is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable Brought the 2007 Rav4 in for it's 75k service interval. Bob Frederick was my service manager, and he is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I hope I work with him again - he is better than other service managers I have dealt with. It took 3.5 hours for the service, which I think is long considering what they did (oil & filter, tire rotation & balance, and fuel system service). Having serviced my wife's Rav4 with Chuck Hutton for over 2 years, I would say the service department is a couple notches up from Principle as far as speed, courtesy (Chuck Hutton has courtesy car rentals - Principle doesn't provide shuttle service on Saturdays), and communication. Chuck Hutton is also better at finding ways for you to save money - if you even wince at the cost of service, they offer you a discount. They care about you getting the service done for your safety more so than getting the full payment from you. I would suggest that Principle sends a team over to Chuck Hutton to gather some best practices and bring them back to apply at their dealership. More
