Efficient and Helpful The technician took my mileage info,told me what they were going to and asked me to wait in the service lounge. I was surprised when he called my name and told me everything had been completed so quickly! I asked for a new valve cap that was missing on one of my tires, ,which he promptly replaced. He reminded me when I should return for my next service and told me it was also on the windshield sticker. Quick and efficient and I was on my way! More

I told Mr. Frederick to have service techs just top fluid off as I wanted to check with my son about this procedure. Felt this quote was exceedingly high. Routine check-up ended up costing with parts/labor $393.89/ On a positive note, since I had road hazard on my Michelin tires and I had purchased all 4 tires at Toyota, right-front tire was replaced at no charge. Mr. Frederick was cordial in conveying problems found. More
Window tint not properly installed and scratch guards Scratch guards were replaced correctly by dealership. They sent us to the shop that did the window tinting and they replaced the tinting but also cut Scratch guards were replaced correctly by dealership. They sent us to the shop that did the window tinting and they replaced the tinting but also cut the weather moulding with their razor blade which now has to be replaced.The shop we were sent to was filthy and hot. I cannot believe they sent a customer to such a place. More
