Pleasant and friendly. I usually hate going to service department. Went in early and midweek and was attended to immediately and with a very friendly manner. Short time later was told in plain word what was happening and what was needed. Offered a shuttle home but decided to wait there. Comfortable waiting area and even had snacks and coffee, tea and even fresh popcorn. Free wifi and TV. Car was ready before I thought about it because of comfy waiting. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit. More

Was told I could drop it off early and catch a shuttle to work at 730am. I didn't need the shuttle but chose to leave it early and was told I DIDN'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. Bob was very nice and received my vehicle anyway but what's the use in calling and getting asked a billion questions if my appointment was not recorded anyway??? Bob's service was SUPERB! More
