Oil Change I came in for a basic oil change . I saw Seth when i came in , I informed him i was in a hurry ,. He assured me i would be in and out with in a decen I came in for a basic oil change . I saw Seth when i came in , I informed him i was in a hurry ,. He assured me i would be in and out with in a decent time frame. After my oil change he made sure to go over the details etc . I made a follow up appointment with him to get new tires and a few other minor things. He is great at his job and is very customer focused :) great job Seth!! More

Oil Change I was greeted immediately upon entering the facility. Bob had my appointment setup and ready for me when I got there. He told me how long the service would take and even finished a few minutes early. He reviewed recommended service with me and gave good explanations of what was needed. Additionally, I really appreciate Bob's attention. I was actually scheduled for service the day before and forgot about my appointment. Bob called me about 45 minutes after I was supposed to be there just to check on me and make sure I was okay. He quickly found me another appointment for the next day. Thanks so much Bob! When I asked what it was for, she did not know, only that it was on my bill. I asked her to speak with Shelton. A few minutes later she returned and said it was an error, and had been removed. Everybody was very pleasant, I just wonder how many people this happens to, and how many simply pay it. More
