Awesome service!!! My two vehicles have both been serviced at Principle over the past month. Shay Montgomery is the reason I brought my second vehicle in for service aft My two vehicles have both been serviced at Principle over the past month. Shay Montgomery is the reason I brought my second vehicle in for service after she dealt with a difficult situation with my four runner a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, I took my four runner to another mechanic shop to try and save money, only to discover they did not do the repair and made my car a lot worse. Shay dealt with the problem in a kind and professional way by calling the mechanic shop and confronting them about the problem. Because of her call, she was able to get the $3,000 I spent at the other shop reimbursed and Mario, your mechanic, fixed the problem with my car. Shay, Mario and many other employees in your service department were all so kind and my husband and I will only bring our vehicles to Principle Toyota in the future.
