Shay Montgomery is the reason I brought my second vehicle in for service after she dealt with a difficult situation with my four runner a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, I took my four runner to another mechanic shop to try and save money, only to discover they did not do the repair and made my car a lot worse. Shay dealt with the problem in a kind and professional way by calling the mechanic shop and confronting them about the problem. Because of her call, she was able to get the $3,000 I spent at the other shop reimbursed and Mario, your mechanic, fixed the problem with my car. Shay, Mario and many other employees in your service department were all so kind and my husband and I will only bring our vehicles to Principle Toyota in the future. Service on my previous visit My service on Tuesday July 28 was fine however there was one little problem related to my last service on my 30000 mile checkup( my present odometer i My service on Tuesday July 28 was fine however there was one little problem related to my last service on my 30000 mile checkup( my present odometer is 35000 miles). Bob Frederick called me and said my battery terminals were corroded and needed cleaning. I told him I was billed for this service on my 30000 mile checkup and they should not be corroded. He check and verified I was correct and he had them cleaned. The primary reason I had gone in was for the recall on my vehicle and if I had gone longer I wouldn't have realized I was charged for a service that had not been performed. This is no reflection on Bob Frederick and the mechanic who serviced my vehicle this time. More
