I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service was very quick and even repaired a recall that was outstanding on my Highlander. My wife's Camry Hybrid was part of a recall, so we brought it in primarily for that reason. However, being at 20,000 miles, the car received its normal warranty service as well. I have worked with David for years, always asking for him when I call about service. I find him to be quite knowledgeable and efficient. I came to the service department after I called about my dead battery. I was met as soon as I pulled in. David Sees greeted me and asked if I had an appointment. I did not but told him I had called. He wrote the service request and gave me the estimated cost. We (my wife was with me) were told it would be about 1 1/2 hour wait. He came back in about an hour and twenty minutes later and told us the new battery had been installed. To our delight the cost was less than expected. Daivd was very professional, friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with Performance Toyota especially with the folks in the service department. More
