Being new to the area I was worried about finding the right Toyota dealership to service my Camary. I can truly say, Performance has proven to be right choice. When I dropped off my vehicle for service, they were ready for me and there was no wait at all (in and out in 5 minutes or less, which was great because I was on my way to work). Mr. Sees called me to let me know the status of the repair work needed (luckily in my case, not needed) and my vehicle was ready to pick up in a timely manner. More

Moreover, Bob Frederick, my service representative during my last several visits, always explains the needed repairs and other service clearly and without giving a hard-sell regarding any of them, and he consistently contacts me as soon as my car is ready to pick up. All of the reps and technicians we've talked to at Performance have been affable and helpful. More
I came for 1) Oil/filter change 2)RR brake light bulb 3) some noise in the engine. 1) and 2) were taken care of nicely but for the #3 I was told that the water pump needs replacement and for that the d 3) some noise in the engine. 1) and 2) were taken care of nicely but for the #3 I was told that the water pump needs replacement and for that the drive belt will also have to be changed. I was charged $49 just for telling me that. I said I will decide later. I find this charge exorbitant. You are a good dealership. Sushil Kochar More
I took my 2001 Toyota Camry to the Service department yesterday as the Check Engine Light came on suddenly in the morning. I fixed an appointment over the phone and met David at the appointed time. He took an overall look at the car, and then took it inside for a detailed diagnosis of the fault. He was very helpful and diligent in explaining the problem that had occured and the steps that were needed to be taken to rectify the fault. He then went ahead and did the necessary service work and handed me the car back within the time that I requested. I am extremely satisfied with the service and help rendered by David and his team. The only not so good thing about this whole transaction was the fact that I had to face such a problem (EVAP and Emission related problem) with the car that I just bought from the dealer 2 months ago. I've been a customer for 3 years and I've noticed that the service department quality of work is getting poorer. I bought my highlander in 2-3 months ago for oil change and informed female worker th that the service department quality of work is getting poorer. I bought my highlander in 2-3 months ago for oil change and informed female worker that I need them to check the odor coming from my truck they stated that it just my be my brakes since they need replacing. The odor got so bad I bought it back this week and found it was some major repair. It was warranted but I'm upset because I'm sure the tech saw my tire pressure light was low and didn't bother to put air in my tires. Over the years, I've overlooked small mishaps but I'm thinking about going to another dealership who is 100% customer service in customer safety. Oh my truck smells like the shop.
