I had another outstanding service visit at Performance Toyota thanks to Bob Frederick. I had a normal oil change and tire rotation but also was there for a recall on the programming of the air pump. There were some issues with the programming but Bob did a great job in keeping me abreast of what was going on and expediting the process. Bob is a true professional and any dealership should be proud to have him as an employee. More

I was reminded of why I looked for David when I owned a Toyota, and why when I buy my next car it will be from Performance. A lot of places can sell me a car, and Honda can sell one that's as good as a Toyota, but I have decided no one can make my service and repair experience as comfortable as Performance and David Sees. FIRST, I WAS SOLD A VEHICLE WITHOUT A WORKING AIR CONDITIONER. THEY HAVE GIVEN ME A HARD TIME ABOUT FIXING IT AND THEY EVEN USED MY SERVICE CONTRACT AND WANTED ME TO PAYA DEDUCTIBLE.AND DID NOT TAKE CONDITIONER. THEY HAVE GIVEN ME A HARD TIME ABOUT FIXING IT AND THEY EVEN USED MY SERVICE CONTRACT AND WANTED ME TO PAYA DEDUCTIBLE.AND DID NOT TAKE DEALERSHIP OWNERSHIP OF THE PROBLEM.TOOK THE CAR TO THEM AND THEY REPLACED THE COMPRESSOR.FEW WEEKS LATER ,I HAVE NO AIR. THEY DID NOT FIND A LEAK IN AIR CONDITIONER HOSE.I THINK THEY DID AND DID NOT WANT TO ABSORB THE COST OF THE PART, NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY.THEY CHARGED IT UP WITH FREON AND SENT ME ON MY WAY, LIKE THEY DID TODAY.... NOW. THEY TOLD ME TO TAKE VEHICLE TO CHRYSLER AND CHRYSLER SAYS THEY HAD THE CLAIM AND SHOULD HAVE COMPLETED THE WORK EFFICIENTLY AND THEY SOLD ME THE CAR LIKE THIS. DAVID SEES RAISED HIS VOICE AT ME SEVERAL TIMES AND TALKED TO ME BADLY.......THIS DEALERSHIP HAS TREATED ME BADLY FROM THE START. NOW I AM DRIVING A RECENTLY PURCHASED VEHICLE WITHOUT AIR IN 100 DEGREE LIKE TEMPERATURES...I AM A LAUGHING STOCK BY OTHERS AND I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN. More

I had an appointment for an oil change at 10:30am. Atta round 11:30 they came and told me that my battery needed to be replaced. At 12:30 I went to find out what was taking so long! The service manager met me at the door to tell me they were done with my car. I asked him what took so long,and to his credit, he was very sympathetic. He did credit the oil change off the bill for my inconvenience, but I don't think anything would have been done if I hadn't complained. He even mentioned the importance of these surveys. I marked that I would recommend this dealership, because I would for the purchase of a new car. I have never had a more pleasant car buying experience than what I experienced at this dealership, but having the car serviced here is over. My time is too valuable to make an appointment for simple service, then have to wait 2 hours! More
