I thought that I had made the best choice in buying my car from Performance Toyota, now after my experience with the car service dept I feel totally different. When I first brought my car in for oil chan car from Performance Toyota, now after my experience with the car service dept I feel totally different. When I first brought my car in for oil changes or flat tires or car noise problems, they would address the problem and ask me if I would care to get it taken care of at this location on Winchester. I was told that it would be taken care of and most of the time it has been. But once I came in with the noise from my car that sounds like it was falling apart there has been a problem. I took my car in and was screened by Lamar each time I came in for this problem. At first he had said to me that it was my brakes and that the noise was normal. The second time I was told that as long as the car stops when I push on the brakes that I had no need to worry. Then I was called by a representative from the service dept for a survey. After I spoke with her and let her know that now I was afraid to drive my car because I was fearful that the car was still making a noise under it around the wheel somewhere, she said to me to bring the car back in at three pm to be checked. I brought the car in and saw Lamar again. The one strange thing he did was after my car had been in the service area for some time was to remove the service tag from my rear view mirror and the service papers from my dash. He said that I had nothing to worry about and that the noise is normal and that there was no charge for the evaluation of my brakes. For the last few days there now is a scrubbing noise when I back my car up. I have left my name and number for Lamar to call me about the noise but he nor anyone else has called me back. Went to have my passenger brake light checked and the service personnel discovered that I needed some serious maintenance and a tire fixed that had a nail in it. I don t have any doubts that I will be taken care of and given a fair price for the work. I used to be skeptical of getting work done at a dealership, but I don t feel this way at Performance Toyota because they assure me they will do quality work at a fair price. I've been bringing in my Prius to Performance since I bought it there in 2010 and I have not been disappointed. They have earned my trust. This week my tires were on their LAST roll (the front left tire was losing air due to such low tread.) I called David a week earlier to inquire on price and the tires I needed were on sale! He quoted me price on tires, alignment, and oil change, and said to call when I was ready since I was waiting on my tax refund to arrive. Well, my refund arrived Tuesday night, and I called David on Wednesday morning, April 24, and asked if there was any way that I could get at least this bad tire fixed that morning and done before 1:00 to pick up my child from school. He said they had time that morning to bring it in and do ALL of the work that I needed so I didn't have to return. I was very happy to hear this, and took the Prius in, and they completed all the work on time and at the price he quoted. Thank you David, and the mechanic Jesus and the Alignment guy who did the great work on my Prius. It drives like a new car now! I am very happy and will continue to take care of my Prius at Performance Toyota! More

The reason we take our cars to Performance Toyota for service is because of David Sees. David is very knowledgable, and even more important to me is that he's 100% honest. I brought my 2011 Toyota Sienna in for its 30,000 maintenance and asked how long it would take. I was told about 1-1/2 hours.
