David Sees has been my service manager for a number of years now. He has always been very professional every time I have dealt with him. He's always on top of things when I bring my vehicles to him. I even asked in passing about a future recall for my FJ and he made sure to get the parts ordered as soon as they were available to them and stayed on me about setting up an appointment to come in. His team always does quality work and I never hesitate to take my vehicles to him and will continue taking my Toyota FJ and 4Runner as long as I own them. I know David will be truthful about what service I need and will not try to sell me something I don't need. Thanks David and your team for all your hard work!! More
For many years now (before Toyota moved to this location) David Sees (Service Writer) has been making sure that my Toyotas are well maintained. My Avalon (110k mi) and my Tundra (125k mi) still 'purr like David Sees (Service Writer) has been making sure that my Toyotas are well maintained. I thought that I had made the best choice in buying my car from Performance Toyota, now after my experience with the car service dept I feel totally different. When I first brought my car in for oil chan car from Performance Toyota, now after my experience with the car service dept I feel totally different. When I first brought my car in for oil changes or flat tires or car noise problems, they would address the problem and ask me if I would care to get it taken care of at this location on Winchester. I was told that it would be taken care of and most of the time it has been. But once I came in with the noise from my car that sounds like it was falling apart there has been a problem. I took my car in and was screened by Lamar each time I came in for this problem. At first he had said to me that it was my brakes and that the noise was normal. The second time I was told that as long as the car stops when I push on the brakes that I had no need to worry. Then I was called by a representative from the service dept for a survey. After I spoke with her and let her know that now I was afraid to drive my car because I was fearful that the car was still making a noise under it around the wheel somewhere, she said to me to bring the car back in at three pm to be checked. I brought the car in and saw Lamar again. The one strange thing he did was after my car had been in the service area for some time was to remove the service tag from my rear view mirror and the service papers from my dash. He said that I had nothing to worry about and that the noise is normal and that there was no charge for the evaluation of my brakes. For the last few days there now is a scrubbing noise when I back my car up. I have left my name and number for Lamar to call me about the noise but he nor anyone else has called me back. Can you help. You tell me what is really going on. Bewildered More
