I am always very pleased with the Service Department. I called and made my appointment for service with Rodger Parker (Assistant Service Manager) who has always been wonderful. Seth drove my car with me so that he could recreate my problem I was experiencing and he was able to hear it. He explained exactly what was happening to my Highlander in an easy to understand manner. I came in for a routine oil change. Roger assisted me with check-in. I left and and came back after the service had been completed. I was notified through text about maintenance that needed to be done regarding my Camry. Roger and I scheduled my next service and he was very knowledgeable and informative. Roger told me he would not be there for my next service but introduced me to the tech that would on my return. They both gave a sense of assurance as they listened to my concerns. I really appreciate Roger's professionalism. I look forward to returning to Principle Toyota in the future for my repairs. More
