The final associate we dealt with seemed to be more of a guys’ guy looking at my husband more than I who was listed as the primary owner and then using pink to indicate where I should sign. There was a delay with the mats which wasn’t too big a deal and then a misunderstanding about programming a new key. In the end it worked out so I am happy. More
Attempted to schedule an appointment for a state inspection on website and it wouldn't because it says inspections are first come first serve. Arrived at 7am when they open at 730 and was 2nd perso inspection on website and it wouldn't because it says inspections are first come first serve. Arrived at 7am when they open at 730 and was 2nd person in line. Spoke to service advisor who had an attitude when I Arrived and stated we will have to try and fit you in. 9 hours later after speaking with the general manager I get my car back. General manager only stated he will have a talk with his employees and said he is sorry for the mix up. Worst customer service I have ever been involved with. There is more to the story but I gave you the condensed version. More

The experience buying a car at Priority Chevrolet was amazing. Our salesperson Anna was awesome, very informative and helpful. I hadmy Chevy Colorado in the bodyshop for 9 weeks all I needed was a Axel ,Tire, and a Rim that was hit by another driver no body work was needed Every time I call the shop They couldn't tell me when t needed was a Axel ,Tire, and a Rim that was hit by another driver no body work was needed Every time I call the shop They couldn't tell me when the truck would be ready so I called insurance company and insurance company said that they're already approved the work to be done 6 weeks ago So whatever you do if you're out there and you're reading this do not take your car to Priority Chevrolet I will never do business with them again I had to call the manager on the 11th of July 2022 and ask him to send my car to another shop he promised me the car would be ready in a few days More
