In so doing, he is always alert to the customer's concern for the time involved for repair and the expense, and he weighs these factors heavily when making repair recommendations. In spite of the negative aspect of having car problems, Louis makes a visit to his repair shop an almost enjoyable experience. Quite a feat! More
