This was my first experience visiting a dealership to buy a car and I I cannot say enough good things about working with Jeff Waugh at Priority Honda. This was my first experience visiting a dealership to buy a car and I was nervous about feeling pressured by a salesman into buying something I didn't want or couldn't afford. Jeff was extremely responsive via e-mail and text so we were able to sort out most of the details before I even arrived at the dealership. He greeted me at the front door when I got there and we got straight to the test drive. He was able to answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Truly cannot say enough good things about working with Jeff and would absolutely recommend that you request him before going to the dealership. I am extremely happy with my car, the service, and the price. More

Of course I had to deal with the regular stalling to negotiate an agreed price. After agreeing on a price and signing papers, I was left sitting for an hour and a half, just to pay for the vehicle. I was told 10 or more times I was next and it would be just a few minutes. There was at least 15 employees sitting around gossiping, it was apparently a very slow afternoon. But not one person in the place could take cash or swipe a credit card so I could get out in a timely manner. Salesman definitely had an attitude, even told me he didn't care if he sold me the truck or not, because the price was low. A person would think that would be more incentive to get you out of there quickly. Stay away from this dealership, if you expect to be treated with appreciation and as though your time is important. And for the 699.99 service fee, they should throw in a year of oil changes and an extended warranty. Or at a minimum, make the customer purchase process a priority. Thanks for immense aggravation Un-priority Honda. More

Cedric was very caring, provided a professional enviornment, and made me feel welcome. I went to four other dealerships who couldn't keep me in my budget. One even offered to teach me how to drive a stick and I never even learned or was interested in doing so. When I came to priority, I felt hope without the pressure to settle for something I didn't want. They feel like a business-dressed family. Exactly What A Dealership Should Be. Three years ago I purchased a new car from a competing Honda dealership. The vehicle had some problems so I called Priority Honda. I'm glad I did! Three years ago I purchased a new car from a competing Honda dealership. The vehicle had some problems so I called Priority Honda. I'm glad I did! Priority was able to schedule service at my convenience. They helped to communicate with an adjuster from the auto insurance company. They also handled communication with a representative from an existing third-party service contract. Priority broke down the costs of covered repairs versus non-covered repairs, the time and expenses involved and also offered me an alternative. Enter Ken Bracken At the time, I wasn't interested in an alternative and I was pretty unhappy with Honda. Ken made it his personal mission to make it all better. It took all day(10 hours), a search through their inventory, inventories from other dealerships and even walking the lot to make sure he offered me everything and anything I wanted. He genuinely cared about my dissatisfaction, the lack-luster service contract I had with a competitor and my desire to switch from a midsize vehicle to a truck. Ken worked sincerely to find me a great deal on a same year model truck at a comparable value with comparable mileage. He succeeded. Between Ken Bracken and the finance department they were also able to keep the bottom line where I wanted. Not only that, they offered me a legitimate lifetime bumper-to-bumper service contract. What I will remember most is that I got to know all about Ken's love of trucks, especially a beautiful Ruby Red F150. Thanks again Ken and thank you Priority Honda.
