Awesome dealership with excellent customer service! I was in & out of the dealership in about 2.5 hours which NEVER happens. I got there at about 4 p.m. and by 6:30 I was signing my papers on my brand I was in & out of the dealership in about 2.5 hours which NEVER happens. Went the Extra Mile for Us!! My wife contacted Priority Honda by phone to check on the availability of a used Toyota RAV 4 that was posted on the Edmunds.com site. We were connect My wife contacted Priority Honda by phone to check on the availability of a used Toyota RAV 4 that was posted on the Edmunds.com site. We were connected with Ken Bracken who researched it for us and found out it had been sold the day before. We are from out of town looking for a used southern car as a secondary vehicle and wanted to escape the rust issues associated with buying a local car in New York. We went to the dealership and met with Ken and explained what we were looking for in terms of price, make and mileage. He researched the listing of used cars for all the Priority dealerships and didn't find any that met our specifications. But he said you never know what might come in today or over the next few days as a trade in. He texted us that same night with news that a vehicle matching our specifications had been traded that afternoon and he had discussed it with Sales Manager Denise Watkins and she had approved its sale in our price range.. We went in the next day and test drove it and worked out the deal with Ken who had even started some of the advance prep work to clean it up. The car looked like new when we picked it up - inside , outside and the engine compartment were all in great shape. I would highly recommend anyone seeking a new or used car to ask for Ken Bracken.
