Just what I expected -- very impressive With the Covin-19 messing up our time table, we had to wait nearly five months for the car to be delivered. It was worth it. I responded to an internet ad of Barker’s listing a GX with an MSRP ~$54,000. In order to see Barker’s “discounted price,” one had to contact the dealership. I did. Barker’s salesman responded that the di with an MSRP ~$54,000. In order to see Barker’s “discounted price,” one had to contact the dealership. I did. Barker’s salesman responded that the discount would approximate $7,000. He then indicated that the MSRP was over $58,000! When I corrected him he told me it was a different car. I checked: same VIN. When I spoke with the manager, it became a “mistake.” Dishonest dealership. Avoid. More

We had a wonderful experience getting our new Lexus at the Charles Barker Newport News location. Normally, I view buying vehicles as a stressful/elongated process but that was not the case today.
