Left car for 5 hours. 45,000 mile checkup. Car came out 2pm , half washed, no front. Car mat on floor,none of interior car had been cleaned. I was told I needed 4 tires, 45,000 mile checkup. I was told I needed 4 tires, okayed to be done, then called back by Lexus Service Dept.and told tires not in stock. You filled my washer fluid, and probably checked other fluid levels.
