We were looking to trade in our 2006 Lexus for a 2010 or 2011 model, sometime in the future, but no hurry. Chester approached us with a very frendly personality. He was a great help in looking over the used cars and suggested looking at a new one. I agreed but had no intention of buying one. He made me an offer that wasn't what I was looking for. I made him a proposal that I thought was fair for everyone. He negotiated it with the sales manager and came back saying we had a deal. I have never bought a car that quick in the last 46 years. My wife still doesn't beleive it. It will always be a DECEMBER TO REMEMBER. I will definitely send my family and friends to Charles Barker Lexus of Newport News. More
