The dealership (like many others) uses third party supplier (Wynns) products and uses the products for many services not specified in the Lexus Warranty and Services Guide. Thus, my 90K mile service ( supplier (Wynns) products and uses the products for many services not specified in the Lexus Warranty and Services Guide. Thus, my 90K mile service (performed at 81K actual miles on car) has over $500 of service charges that are not required in the manual listed above. This sort of thing should not happen at a certified dealership. There are other anomalies on my invoice that appear to be double charges. This is not the first time that this has happened and I have mentioned it to the service advisor. Unfortunately it is the closest dealer so my choices for dealer service are limited. More

Everything went well with the inspection, but the cleanup of the car did not driver side was all cleaned.
