Received horrible service. Brought car in for routine maintenance and it took hours beyond estimated time with no explanation or apology. You'd expect more from a Lexus dealer. I had a very pleasant experience with Mike Moore in the service department. He was very attentive and followed up consistently. He went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was taken care of. I would like Joel Harvey to know what a wonderful asset Mike is to the company. He was genuinely concerned about the issues I was having and took the time to explain. I was initially upset due to my engine light coming on two miles after I left the dealership..it was not on prior to me going. I found out I had no coolant due to my radiator being cracked. Lexus did not inform even though they completed a state inspection and informed me of other issues with the car. Mike was very helpful in assisting with the issue I had, and worked hard to make it better. More
I have tried for two weeks (5 x telephone calls) to make an appointment to service my 2017 LS-460 (still under warranty) and have been unable to speak to anyone in service.
