In late February I purchased used vehicle from priority Mitsubishi in suffolk va. At the time of purchase a carfax was provided which stated the vehicle had no accidents. After purchasing the vehicle and h Mitsubishi in suffolk va. At the time of purchase a carfax was provided which stated the vehicle had no accidents. After purchasing the vehicle and having it a few weeks I noticed peeling on the hood, I brought it to priority where they again assured me it had not been in an accident. I then took the vehicle to a body shop to access the damage and the body shop assured me that the vehicle had indeed been in an accident and had a horrible cover up paint job and gave me a quote of 5,000$. I took this to the dealership and they offered 400$ to help with the repairs. I have recieved nothing but the run around with this vehicle as I also had things in the purchase deal that were promised by the dealership to be fixed and have repeatedly had problems getting those things attended to. I think this establishment needs to do better by their customers this is unfair and not good business practices. More

This dealership is very professional. I didn't give it 5 stars because I'm used to the small town feel that they had when it was the old Mike Duman. I have no problem recommending people to go there just know it's just another dealership now. More
