I wanted a used, but economical SUV with turbo charged engine, Navigation, and low mileage. I had my search narrowed down to a Buick Encore, Subaru Forester, Ford Escape, Honda CRV or Toyota RAV4. I had done days and days of research and had test driven all of these cars at different dealerships. I had done so much research that all of the statistics had run together and my head was spinning. When I walked into the dealership, I met my salesman Bobby Kinsey. I briefly explained my research and what I was looking for in a vehicle. He said to me, that's what I'm here for. The next day, he found me a Ford Escape with all of my requirements plus a number of options I didn't even know I wanted like heated leather seats, leather wrapped steering wheel, automatic lift gate and so many others. I fell in love instantly. To make a longer story short, I made my offer, part of which was I wanted an additional key fob with remote start. Since this was a used vehicle, it only came with one key fob. My salesman arranged for me to receive a second remote entry key fob within a couple of days of bringing my car home. The locksmith came to my house and made it for me at my home. I could not have asked for a better, smoother car buying experience. I highly recommend both this dealership and this salesman (Bobby Kinsey). My husband plans on going back to this dealership and to this salesman to buy his next vehicle very soon. More

No Pressure Buying Experience with Trey I've been looking for a first car for my daughter for a few months and can say the process had been painful until today at Mike Duman. I saw a car on line called about it was treated professionally by first Justin and then Trey. I drove over the next morning and met with Trey. He was courteous but not hovering at all. I told him what I wanted to know about the car. He answered honestly and immediately set us up for a test drive. Then we wanted to take it for a pre-purchase inspection which he quickly approved. We bought the car from him. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and accommodating to me as a very nervous purchaser. The paperwork side took a little longer than I liked but there wasn't anything Trey could do about that since management has to finalize things. We were treated well and my daughter drove her first car home on 30 Dec! More
