I don’t think I would consider going anywhere else in my lifetime (or any member of my family) when we need a new car. My experience in dealing with Priority Toyota from the time I walk in the door to walking out is like dealing with family. They have a beautiful showroom, a great sales force, and top notch management. They make sure I am comfortable as well as my family members to a fault when at their facility. Their service department is second to none and I can honestly say I have never had to return any of my vehicles for a follow-up fix after they did any work. This is huge to me!! I recently purchased a Toyota Sequoia from Salesman Joey Balsamo and his knowledge of the vehicle, his patience with my purchase choice and overall handling of my buying experience could have not been any better. Best car buying experience ever Our visit started with browsing the new car lot. Patrick approached us in a very professional manner and offered to help. He was calm and very polite. After explaining that he was new to Priority, we allowed him to help us decide on which car would work best for us. We test drove the 2018 Camry and fell in love. Patrick took us back to the dealership, where our experience got even better. We toured the facility and met the sales manager. We engaged in very little negotiations, as Toyota and Priorirty both helped us get into our vehicle. Another cudos goes out to Amber in finance. Both Amber and Patrick stayed until 1000pm to help finalize our purchase. I have already told several of my coworkers and friends how Priority Toyota has made a life long customer of us. Scam artist This was the second time at priority Toyota and both times they tried to rip me off. I had NADA and Kelly Blue Book on my phone with the trade in for This was the second time at priority Toyota and both times they tried to rip me off.
