I'm a car guy and like many of the other new models that are out now but when I think that I would have to leave the trusted relationship that I have with Kenyan and Priority Toyota. My sales person was very nice, however pretty pushy. My problem has been with the service department. My first problem was with my paint protecting sealant. When I bought the protecting sealant I was told it would not have to be reapplied. However, I was told by the service department that I had to have it reapplied every six months for a fee. After inquiring more I found out that he had lied just to make me spend more money. Plus, every time I take my car to them for the simplest work, with an appointment, I have to wait for hours. My tires are never rotated when they are suppose to be, but when I contact them about the issue they refuse to answer. More
I took my 2010 Scion TC in for 20k mile service. They took 3 hours to change the oil and rotate the tires. I was charged 42% more than the advertised price. They over-filled my oil.
