Hello Mr. Ott, I am sending this email in regards to your response to my reviews of Priority Toyota's lack of quality customer service. Your response was very disappointing because it was so unoriginal. You sent nothing more than a generic response that you send to everyone that writes a negative review of Priority. You just change a few things. Your response is also very untrue. You state that the level of service that I have been receiving is not reflective of your teams standards. The poor level of service that I have been receiving has been going on for years, repeatedly. It is a pattern, and patterns do reflect the kind of service that you provide. Because this kind of poor service has been so very frequent it can only mean one of two things: 1. It is something that you do not have the ability to correct, or 2.
