Bringing my car for service is a pretty pleasant experience, which says a lot! This time, due to state inspection, it required more time than usual, but, fortunately that occurs only once a year. experience, which says a lot! Required service was good but would never recommend getting tires here. Bought new tires for a2021 Camry and woke up to 21psi instead of the required 35 psi. My wife took it in to have them look at the issue and the replaced one of the tires that had about 150 miles on it and charged her $40.00. The tire pressure continued to be a problem and we took it in 4 times to have them look at them. All they wanted to do was replace the new tires instead of finding out what they did wrong. We took the care in to someone else to have them look at the issue. They removed all of the tires from the rim and found bar code stickers where the bead seals. They removed the stickers and cleaned the rim like Toyota should have done then remounted the tires, and we have not had an issue since. I recommend if you are going to get service there to see Kenyan. He was very understanding of what we went through. He knew what the other advisor should have done but failed to do. I wish I could, with a good conscience leave a better review, but i can not. Get your tires somewhere else. More
Service is fine. Sales price is too high and they base it the service for free. Do the math. They are adding way too much for very little service.
