Was told on the phone I could make an appointment for an oil change and inspection only to get there and find out my inspection would take hours to get to. Had to go back in and find someone to give me the correct receipt and my keys. I tried asking someone for help but they said someone else would be back to help me but no one ever did. I needed a state inspection and Jessie was able to get my 4Runner inspected with no problems. The whole process was fully explained, and I opted to wait. I enjoyed the free coffee and probably the best break 4Runner inspected with no problems. The whole process was fully explained, and I opted to wait. I enjoyed the free coffee and probably the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had! The cafe staff were very friendly and hooked me up with a primo seat in the WiFi lounge so I could work on some business. The text messaging with my service rep, Jessie, and the video and recommendations were timely, convenient, and very user-friendly. I thought the recommendations for further service might have been a little early for my vehicle (I have 30,750 miles on the 2021 4Runner), Jessie took the time to fully explain the recommendations and why they are beneficial. He agreed with my choices since I have a service interval coming up in less than 6 months. I’d gotten there in the morning about 10 minutes before it opened, along with a throng of other Priority customers, but got in at 7 am and I was out and on my way by 9:30am! I was very pleased since there was a lot of business going on that day. Jessie and the whole service team were friendly, and conscientious of the customers’ experience. I will continue to work with Priority Toyota to take care of my 4Runner! More
