Was told on the phone I could make an appointment for an oil change and inspection only to get there and find out my inspection would take hours to get to. Had to go back in and find someone to give me the correct receipt and my keys. I tried asking someone for help but they said someone else would be back to help me but no one ever did. I ended up waiting at someone’s deck until they decided to come help me. More
