I again drove the 78 miles (1.5 hours) to your dealership to have this recall completed. I was assured by your service advisor that indeed the recall had been completed May 10, 2024 service & the only issue was that the dealership was behind on filing the recall completion paperwork. After checking the NTSB website, it confirms that in fact this recall has not been completed. My question is am I now expected to again to do the 156 mile round trip, spending at least 3 hours of my time, & approximately 7.5 gallons of gas? Will you actually do the recall this time or do I need to find another Toyota dealer to do it? I think it's time to apologize, do the recall & do it right, & at minimum reimburse my fuel & toll costs. Your next move determines where I buy my next Toyota........ By the way, I have a screen capture of the NTSB screen showing the open recall
