First time going in for an oil change after purchasing 4 Runner in December and already extremely frustrated. They addressed a stain issue in the front seat when we asked for them to look at back seat. Sat in whatever they sprayed so ended up with wet pants! Beyond disappointed and would never purchase a car from Priority again!! More
Can't get through to service by phone. Website never seems to work when to want to schedule an appointment. Even the "chat" said someone would call or email me. Total bunch of lies!!! Did the 20K service & replaced the front cab mounts. Were supposed to do the recall but seemed to have forgotten that........glad Toyota sent a reminder to my radio. I thought it was completed. Good service makes for a return customer. Think I'll be looking elsewhere. Truthfully........posting this here cuz it actually seems like the monitor it. Thought my scathing review on their email survey would have gotten some action.....but no Probably would be a bit less upset if it wasn't a 1 3/4 hour trip each way..... More
