Honestly, the number one reason I stick with Priority Toyota of Chesapeake is my service advisor, Kenyan Mullen. I value an honest relationship, and one where I feel that my best interests are the prior Toyota of Chesapeake is my service advisor, Kenyan Mullen. I value an honest relationship, and one where I feel that my best interests are the priority. Whenever I have had an issue or question about service, it had been addressed quickly and fairly. Whatever I need, Kenyan is there to make sure that everything is taken care of. He has no problem getting in there with the mechanics or checking something out for himself. He truly feels like a trusted friend that I can rely on, and for that reason, I will likely get my next vehicle from Priority Toyota of Chesapeake.
