I am going to start out by saying when I purchased my 2020 Toyota 4Runner I was really trying to purchase a TRD pro. I was really attracted to the aesthetic of the pro... however, they did not have one 2020 Toyota 4Runner I was really trying to purchase a TRD pro. I was really attracted to the aesthetic of the pro... however, they did not have one that would be in stock at any point soon so I decided to go with the TRD off-road package. I was assured that the aftermarket department would be able to work with me to get my car to exactly where I wanted it to be. To say I was skeptical was an understatement I didn’t have the vision that Russ had initially. However I’ve had two visits so far to the service department and dealt directly with Russ and he is making my car exactly what I wanted in the pro. I have twice this week taken my car in and been treated with the highest level of respect have been dealt with in a timely manner and given the highest level of customer service I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing in any environment. Russ has walked through estimates, listened to ideas that I’ve had, implemented them, and has been the highest level of a critic on Toyotas work to make sure that I am getting the best service and product that I possibly can. I had such a great experience over the past couple weeks in dealing with Russ and the service department that we decided to purchase a 2021 Toyota Tacoma this week so that my husband can also have his dream vehicle and get it to exactly where he would like it to be obviously utilizing Russ and the service department. I don’t have enough kind words and I don’t feel like writing a review is truly going to do any justice for the level of customer service support respect and satisfaction that we have had the pleasure of experience in dealing specifically with Russ in the service department. If I could give 1000 stars I would do so in a heartbeat and highly recommend anybody that’s even considering looking into having something done to their current vehicle or looking into purchasing a new vehicle request Russ in Priority Chesapeake Toyotas service department!
