The waiting room is clean, convenient and comfortable. Of course, having coffee and snacks ia a lovely bonus. The BEST thing about the service department is the competence and sincere desire to put me in a safe car! Charles Boykin is not only a professional, he has a delightful disposition and willingness to insure that my experiences are always A+. No one has tried to get me to 'chunk' my car and get a new one.
